| You can live in one of our apartments for one week trial, paying 100€ deposit guarantee and 150€ rent for single rooms or 120 € per person for double rooms.
Then if you like it and you feel comfortable, you’ll get the contract for a month or more, and you only have to pay the difference which is the equivalent to one month’s rent and the difference of the rent. You can practice and improve your spanish skills»
In our flats live many Spanish students with whom you´ll be able to practice and improve your Spanish.

Without discriminating, the people who live here are students, but there some of them who also work. Our ages are more or less between 21 to 28.
MA STUDENTS»
We know that you want to have some peace and quiet. So in some of the flats there are people taking postgraduate studies (MA, PhD etc).
ERASMUS STUDENTS»
To share with Spanish girls and boys. You have fun but you have the tranquility to study.
